Cleveland Industrial Innovation Center (CiiC) is a 65-acre multi-building property located at 17000 St. Clair Avenue in the Collinwood neighborhood of Cleveland. The site includes 758,000 square feet of manufacturing, office and warehouse space encompassing three buildings (referred to as main, west and south buildings) with convenient rail and highway access.

Space at CiiC has been carefully renovated, preserving the brick and concrete bones of the original structure while installing skylights, energy efficient lighting, HVAC and sprinklers common to new spaces. The white washed walls and ceilings, epoxy floors, high ceilings, and cranes create a bright high energy platform for industry. The new windows, walls and data lines provide a restful office environment. Space designs can encompass both office and industrial occupancy.
